Health Information

While using DocDoe's Medisoft Hosting, the only time health information will be given to any DocDoe.com representatives is through your verbal permission. Health information will never be requested with DocDoe.com nor will DocDoe.com display your Health information to anyone. 

You may contact DocDoe.com during normal business operations with any questions or concerns regarding your Medisoft Hosting account, and if health information is involved, DocDoe.com with be able to assist your needs after confirmation of permission based verbal agreement. 

While signed on into your DocDoe Medisoft Account, DocDoe.com only limits a certain amount of accesses to your Medisoft Hosting account at a time, making it secure and safe for your practice. A user name and pin number (1 license) is given to enter Medisoft Accounts. User name and pin numbers are given to those employees directed by the individual who signed up with DocDoe.com. 

 

Refund Policy

DocDoe.com refund policy is simple and easy. If you're not satisfied with our Advertising service or Medisoft Hosting service, you can cancel anytime during the month. Here are some general information to be aware of before canceling:

    1. Refund Policy Regarding DocDoe.com Medisoft Hosting

    (i) Once you sign up for a monthly or annual Medisoft Hosting Account, you will be charged the full month after 3 business days upon sign up if you decide to cancel with DocDoe.com Medisoft Hosting.

    2. Refund Policy Regarding DocDoe.com Medical Advertising

    (i) Full refund will be given if DocDoe.com fails to publish customer's Medical Listing within 5 business days when order is placed for only Doctor, Home Health, Medical Apparel, Other Related Medical Small Business Listings.

    (ii) Medical Insurance, Pharmaceutical Company, Medical Device Equipment Company, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Other Related Corporate Medical Business. Refund Policy regarding these specific Medical Advertisers will be issued when DocDoe fails to accomplish Advertisement Project within specified time frame in agreed upon DocDoe contract. Refund Policy regarding specific Medical Advertisers will begin after notarization of DocDoe contract.

    3. DocDoe counts a "business day" as a full 24 hour Monday-Friday day. (Except for national holidays)

    4. DocDoe allows 3 business days to decide of any cancellation. After 3rd business day, cancellation is not allowed.

    5. All Refunds will be handled by DocDoe Customer Service. DocDoe Customer Service will contact customer after email has been sent from the contact page. Please be patient with DocDoe Customer Service to respond, due to high volume of emails, DocDoe Customer Service will respond within 72 hours of sent email.
