Mission Statement
We Care Home Health Services is a Team that "Walks the Extra Mile towards Excellence" .providing home health care in greater Las Vegas Area. We believe that all clients regardless of background or origin deserve the highest quality home health care services. We also believe that consideration of client's language and culture are vital components to the client's overall welfare. Knowledge of the client's way of life and the ability to communicate effectively with their families are essential skills for the health care provider. We Care Home Health Services treat our clients as family with pride and dignity. We advocate client's rights and respect. We are geared towards one direction with dedication and loyalty to our work.
Agency Purpose
. To provide skilled nursing, home health aide, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, medical social services to patients who are ill or are disabled in the comfort of their homes.
. To instruct patients, members of the family or caretakers how to care for the patients who are ill in the absence of the nurse.
. To promote health and prevent disease in the community through individual and group instruction and cooperation with other health and social agencies.
. To assist patient and family to remain in the familiar surroundings of their home while receiving cost effective services.
. To assist patient to function to the maximum level of their ability: physical, emotionally and socially.
. To assist patient and family to utilize appropriate community resources for the prevention, maintenance and treatment of their various needs.
Services Provided at Home
SN Skilled Nursing (RN/LPN) provides nursing care treatment and instruction to the patient and family coordinating with all others involved in the patient's care.
PT Physical Therapist helps patient regain functional mobility, increase strength and improve range of motion. Therapists provide special treatment as prescribed by the physician.
OT Occupational Therapy increases the patient's independence and ability to perform daily functions by teaching adaptive methods and use of special equipment.
ST Speech Therapy works with the patient and family to help regain or develop communication skills following a stroke or other disabling disease.
MSW Medical Social Worker helps the patient and family deal with financial and social problems which interfere with the patient's recuperation of stability.
CNA Certified Nursing Assistants assist the patient with activities of daily living such as: bathing and personal hygiene, preparing and serving meals, light housekeeping, assisting with home exercise program, observing and reporting changes in patient's condition and needs.

We Care Home Health Services offers nursing in the familiar environment of the patient's own home. We provide appropriate level of care, from skilled nursing service using the most advanced health technologies to attentive personal assistance.
Even patients with a serious debilitating illness can be safely cared for at home at much lower cost than hospitalization.

Payment Arrangements
Who pays for the Services?
If you are confined to your home and need intermittent Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy, Medicare pays 100% of qualifying services furnished in the home when ordered by a physician, even if the patient has not been hospitalized. The patient must be homebound. Services are discontinued by the agency when they no longer qualify as medically necessary as defined by Medicare regulations. Even your physician cannot change the decision to discontinue home health services if there is a lack of acute care needs.

To qualify for home health services which are reimbursed by Medicare, a patient must be Homebound, (difficult to leave the residence), and must have an acute medical problem. Medicare Services are limited by the acute need for service. If your condition is no longer acute, home health services may be discontinued.
Private Insurance is Accepted
You may have health insurance with a private insurance company. The benefits provided by these plans vary greatly from policy to policy. We will clarify your coverage, obtain authorization and work with you to maximize your benefits. We Care Home Health Services will bill all insurance companies when appropriate. The patient is responsible for the unpaid balance.

Any person or organization may refer or recommend clients for home care services. It is the policy of We Care Home Health Services to admit and treat all clients without regard to race, ancestry national origin, age, religious creed, color, sex, physical or mental disability or sexual orientation. There is no distinction in eligibility, assignment, or in the manner clients are provided home care services by We Care Home Health Services.
